What you’ll do

  • Own the user experience across our platform (Next.js, React, Tailwind/shadcn).

  • Build and improve UI components, design systems, flows. and smooth work

  • Work closely with founders, legal experts, and AI engineers to turn complex processes into clear, usable flows. Our creative mind, Annemarie, has already established the brand identity.

  • Push our collaborative editor to its limit: custom components, surveys, assessments, and more.


What you’ll do

  • Strong in front-end dev (React/Next.js) and comfortable working closely with design tools (Figma).

  • You care about UX as much as you care about code; you don’t just build, you make it intuitive.

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries (Tailwind/shadcn).

  • You like working in small, fast-moving teams.

  • You can clearly explain your design choices.


Bonus points if:

  • You have experience working on SaaS products with complex workflows or data-heavy UIs.

  • You are familiar with collaborative editing or custom editor components.

  • You have a talent for transforming dull enterprise software into solutions people enjoy using.
