Hello
Full Stack Engineer
Who we are?
We’re Awesome Compliance Technology (ACT), the world’s first AI-powered hybrid legal & compliance firm. Our SaaS platform (plus human experts) makes the messy stuff like reviewing contracts, GDPR, ISO27001, EU AI Act compliance actually manageable.
Our customers are organizations that want to innovate fast and stay compliant, without drowning in paperwork.
Why you should care
Our product is live, customers love it, and we’ve got way more to build than we can handle. We just closed a funding round and it is time to scale.
You’ll work with a small, senior team (ex-privacy officers, ML nerds, startup builders). No silos, no nonsense.
Impact: you’re helping companies and people develop and implement responsible AI & compliance worldwide.
What you’ll do
Build features end-to-end across Next.js + Django (front, back, DB, the works).
Help shape our multi-tenant SaaS: user management, auth, document builders, registers, collaborative features and continuous smart agent workflows.
Work with our AI/ML team on integrating agents, RAG pipelines, to automate compliance assessments.
Turn legal spaghetti into clean user flows.
What we’re looking for
You started your career working on backend systems, but you love switching between frontend and backend.
You actually ship things (we value makers).
You’ve worked with React/Next.js and Python/Django (or similar stacks).
You’re pragmatic: you know when to hack it, when to engineer it properly.
You want to build something that matters (we’re not chasing vanity apps).
Scaleway, Cloud vendor, Storage S3, PostgreSQL Database, Python/Django, Git, Git Flows (CI/CD).
Bonus points if:
You’ve touched LLMs, agent frameworks, or RAG pipelines.
You’ve ever worked on compliance-heavy systems or worked in a position where your role partially involved getting or keeping an organization compliant with regulations or certifications.
What we offer
Early team role → real ownership, not a ticket factory.
Competitive salary + equity (we’re serious about sharing upside).
A culture of shipping, learning, and having each other’s back.
Working hybrid, with several days at the office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The chance to say: “I made compliance awesome.”
Interested?
