We're Awesome Compliance Technology (ACT), and we're on a mission to make compliance work awesome. We're building the platform that defines how compliance gets done. Compliance is a critical function in any organization, and yet the tools professionals use every day are years behind. Why this role matters
Compliance is complex. Your job is to make it feel simple. You’ll take dry regulations and workflows and turn them into beautiful, intuitive experiences. If our users can fly through a GDPR register or AI risk assessment without needing a manual, that’s because of you.
What you’ll do
Own the user experience across our platform (Next.js, React, Tailwind/shadcn).
Build and refine UI components, design systems, and seamless workflows.
Work closely with founders, legal experts, and AI engineers to turn complex processes into clear, usable flows. Our creative brain Annemarie has set up the brand identity already.
Push our collaborative editor to the limit: custom components, surveys, assessments, and more.
What we’re looking for
Strong in front-end dev (React/Next.js) and comfortable working closely with design tools (Figma).
You care about UX as much as code you don’t just build, you make it intuitive.
Experience in design systems and component libraries (Tailwind/shadcn).
You’ve products with AI assistants and agentic systems, complex workflows or data-heavy UIs.
You like working in small, fast-moving teams.
You can clearly explain your design choices.
